We improve local public services.

We use our commissioning skills and spatial intelligence platform to address the most intractable problems of that face government and local communities.

We designed and implemented some of the most innovative and successful health and care commissioning programmes of recent years. They range from payment for outcomes and neighbourhood home care to reconfiguring sub-acute hospital systems.

We specialise in health and social care but our work also addresses the relationship between poverty and the cost of local public services.
